HR Business Partner – DACH Region

About the role

Embla Medical is seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to support its Portfolio Brands Fior & Gentz in Luneburg and Streifeneder ortho.production in Emmering. Reporting to the People Director Europe, you will act as a trusted advisor to senior leadership, helping shape workplace culture and align HR practices with business goals.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with management on talent pipeline, performance management, employee relations, and organizational change.
• Develop and implement HR strategies that support business objectives and ensure compliance with German labor law.
• Drive employee and leadership development through talent reviews, succession planning, and targeted interventions.
• Collaborate with Talent Acquisition to strengthen employer branding and attract top talent.
• Work closely with Centers of Excellence (Talent & Organizational Development, Total Rewards, Payroll, People Technology) to deliver timely HR services.
• Champion global HR programs and ensure successful local implementation.
• Oversee employee development programs and facilitate training sessions.

Required profile

• Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Labor Law or a related field.
• Minimum 7 years of successful HR business partnering experience in an international or matrix environment.
• Fluent in German and English.
• Strong knowledge of German labor law and HR best practices.
• Excellent interpersonal and influencing skills with senior leaders.
• Proactive, solution‑oriented mindset and ability to work independently in a fast‑paced setting.
• Willingness to travel regularly between Luneburg and Emmering.
