HR Business Partner – Fixed-Term (18 months)

About the role

Universal Investment is seeking an experienced HR Business Partner on an 18‑month fixed‑term contract. You will act as a strategic advisor to managers, supporting all phases of the employee life‑cycle and ensuring compliance with employment law across the organisation.

Key responsibilities

• Provide strategic consulting and support to managers on personnel management and employment‑law matters throughout the employee life‑cycle.
• Guide the business on individual and collective personnel measures.
• Develop and implement strategic and operational HR processes for supervisory functions and the wider company.
• Design, develop, support and manage strategic HR projects in collaboration with HR interfaces.
• Partner with senior management during transformation and change initiatives.
• Introduce innovative HR practices together with international HR teams to improve efficiency and mitigate risk.
• Lead and mentor HR Generalists.
• Maintain constructive cooperation with the works council.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience in Human Resources.
• University degree in Business Administration or a related field.
• Fluent in German and English, with strong business‑level English communication.
• Proven ability to implement solutions efficiently.
• Strong conceptual thinking, hands‑on mentality and confident presentation style.
• High commitment and team‑oriented attitude.
