HR Generalist – Munich (Hybrid)

About the role

We are seeking an HR Generalist to join our Employee Experience and HR Operations team in Munich. In this hybrid role you will support employees and managers across EMEA, ensuring a smooth and high‑quality employee lifecycle.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the first point of contact for HR and Employee Experience queries.
• Manage employee cases from inquiry to resolution using ServiceNow and Workday.
• Support HR policies, benefits, compensation, and employee data inquiries.
• Assist with voluntary separations and coach managers through exit processes.
• Contribute to regional and local HR projects and initiatives.
• Identify root causes, anticipate issues, and provide practical, solution‑focused support.
• Maintain service level agreements while focusing on employee satisfaction.

Required profile

• Previous experience in HR Generalist, HR Operations, Employee Experience, or Shared Services.
• Strong problem‑solving and customer‑service orientation.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Structured, process‑oriented approach with ability to manage multiple cases.
• High judgment, confidentiality, and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate across international virtual teams.
• Fluent professional German and English.
