HR Retail Recruiter – EMEA (Cologne)

About the role

RIMOWA is looking for an HR Retail Recruiter to lead end‑to‑end talent acquisition across 11 EMEA countries. The role focuses on retail positions—from Client Advisors to Store Managers—and works closely with HR Business Partners and hiring managers to deliver tailored recruitment strategies.

Key responsibilities

• Manage full‑cycle recruitment for retail roles across the EMEA region.
• Develop and execute country‑specific recruitment strategies in partnership with HR Business Partners and hiring managers.
• Source, screen, interview candidates, handle communications and oversee offer management.
• Implement sourcing tactics using job boards, referrals, and agencies aligned with local market conditions.
• Manage agency relationships, budgets and contracts.
• Provide stakeholder reporting driven by KPIs.
• Deliver recruitment training for Store Managers and HR teams.
• Organise employer‑branding activities across EMEA retail markets.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 + years of recruitment experience, preferably in luxury retail.
• Strong organisational skills and ability to set clear priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
• Highly flexible, quick‑thinking and solution‑oriented.
• Deep understanding of retail, client service and store management.
• Excellent communication skills in English and German, with the ability to engage all organisational levels.
