HSE & Quality Specialist (m/f/d)

About the role

We are looking for a dedicated HSE and Quality Specialist to support and develop health, safety, environmental and quality activities within Mermec Deutschland. You will help implement, monitor and continuously improve QHSE processes and management systems across operational and project activities.

Key responsibilities

• Contribute to the Company’s Integrated Management System.
• Support ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 certifications.
• Ensure compliance with relevant safety and environmental regulations.
• Coordinate exchanges with the site manager, customers and other interested parties.
• Collaborate with internal HSE stakeholders to promote a strong quality and safety culture.

Required profile

• Experience in supporting QHSE activities and management systems.
• Familiarity with ISO standards related to quality, environment and occupational health & safety.
• Ability to work closely with internal stakeholders and external partners.
• Strong focus on compliance and continuous improvement.
