Human Resources Business Partner

About the role

We are building a new team in Raunheim and need a Human Resources Business Partner to work closely with business leaders, supporting rapid growth in a fast‑paced, startup‑like environment.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with leaders to understand workforce needs and deliver HR solutions aligned with company goals.
• Manage end‑to‑end recruitment in Germany, collaborating with the talent acquisition team.
• Act as the first point of contact for employee‑relations issues and ensure compliance with local labour laws.
• Oversee payroll vendor relationships, monitor compensation practices, and provide salary benchmarking guidance.
• Support performance management frameworks and coordinate training initiatives.
• Handle daily HR operations, including visa applications, supplier management, and other administrative tasks.

Required profile

• Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
• At least 8 years of HR experience, preferably with independent, stand‑alone responsibilities.
• Strong knowledge of German labour law and HR compliance.
• Fluent in English and German.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to build trust across local and international teams.
• Experience in cross‑cultural settings and willingness to travel within Europe.
