Human Resources Business Partner

About the role

AllCloud is seeking an experienced Human Resources Business Partner to join its global Employee Success team. Reporting to the VP of HR EMEA, you will act as a trusted advisor to managers and employees across the DACH region, helping to shape culture, drive engagement, and support business growth.

Key responsibilities

• Build strong partnerships with managers and teams, providing consultancy on organisational and cultural matters.
• Identify organisational needs proactively and propose solutions that enhance employee success.
• Conduct DACH market research to support salary benchmarking and role evaluation.
• Review, implement and continuously improve strategic HR processes, policies and procedures.
• Support change‑management initiatives, performing organisational analysis and partnering with business units to roll out programs.
• Guide managers on employee relations, performance, talent development, team building and organisational changes.
• Assist in creating career paths, identifying development opportunities and training needs.
• Collaborate with the global Employee Success team to ensure a consistent employee experience.
• Partner with finance, legal and IT functions to improve overall employee experience.
• Serve as the primary liaison between the organisation and external authorities.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in an HR Business Partner role, preferably within high‑tech, startup, professional services or consultancy environments.
• At least 3 years of experience working with global teams.
• Proven ability to work end‑to‑end with senior technical leadership.
• Strong judgment and the capacity to make independent decisions guided by established processes and documentation.
