Human Resources Business Partner – Retail

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Human Resources Business Partner to support our retail leadership team. You will translate business priorities into HR strategies, ensuring a high‑performing, inclusive environment aligned with our brand values.

Key responsibilities

• Act as a trusted advisor to retail leaders, shaping HR initiatives that drive business results.
• Manage the full talent lifecycle, including recruitment support, performance management, talent reviews and succession planning.
• Support organisational design and change initiatives to foster a positive, inclusive workplace.
• Utilise HR systems such as Workday and apply data‑driven analysis to improve HR effectiveness.
• Provide employee‑relations guidance and coach managers on performance management and policy compliance.
• Assist with salary cycles and compensation & benefits programs, advising on reward initiatives.

Required profile

• 2‑4 years of HR experience, preferably in retail or luxury environments.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology or a related field.
• Fluency in German and English.
• Proven ability to work with stakeholders and support HR initiatives.

Required skills

• Workday (or similar HRIS) proficiency.
• Advanced Excel skills.
