Human Resources Generalist – DACH (Prague/Frankfurt)

About the role

The EMEA Human Resources Generalist will support the DACH region, working from either our Prague or Frankfurt office. You will help shape HR strategy, ensure compliance with German labor law, and contribute to a positive, inclusive workplace.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the primary point of contact for German employee relations, handling grievances, liaising with works councils, and ensuring compliance with collective agreements and safety regulations.
• Manage the full recruitment cycle – from job posting to offer management – to attract and retain talent.
• Coordinate with the payroll team to provide accurate payroll inputs and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Identify and implement improvements to HR processes, HRIS, compensation, and benefits in partnership with HQ Centers of Expertise.
• Maintain and analyse regional benefits inventory, proposing harmonisation and enhancements.
• Ensure data integrity in HRIS, oversee onboarding, contract administration, and off‑boarding activities.
• Administer e‑learning assignments for new hires and keep training content up to date.
• Collaborate globally with HR colleagues to maintain consistent policies and drive continuous improvement.

Required profile

• Demonstrated experience with German labor law and employee‑relations management.
• Broad HR experience covering administration, recruitment, and payroll (preferred).
• Fluent written and spoken English.
• Native‑level German; French is a plus.
