Human Resources & Recruitment Coordinator

About the role

This position supports the full recruitment lifecycle for a fast‑growing organization based in Germany. Working remotely, you will ensure a smooth, candidate‑friendly hiring experience while building efficient processes.

Key responsibilities

• Source and screen candidates via LinkedIn and other recruitment platforms using defined criteria.
• Conduct outreach, follow‑ups, and initial communications to engage qualified profiles.
• Review applications, portfolios, and introduction videos to assess suitability.
• Prepare shortlists, recommend candidates to hiring stakeholders, and schedule interviews.
• Conduct initial candidate interviews with structured guides and capture detailed notes.
• Maintain accurate candidate records, hiring trackers, and update the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
• Provide regular progress updates and ensure timely communication between candidates and hiring managers.
• Assist with onboarding handoff activities once selections are made.

Required profile

• Proactive, detail‑oriented professional with experience in recruitment, HR support, or administrative coordination.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work independently in a remote setting.
• Excellent organizational abilities and confidentiality handling of candidate information.
