Influencer Marketing Manager – DACH (Germany, Austria, Switzerland)

About the role

Join The LEGO Group’s EUC Marketing team to shape the earned influencer and creator marketing strategy for the LEGO brand across Germany, Austria, and Switzerland. Based in Grasbrunn near Munich, you will work in a hybrid model, collaborating with local agencies, talent partners, and cross‑functional stakeholders to turn social stories into memorable LEGO fan moments.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and own the EUC creator strategy end‑to‑end, from annual planning and budget management to execution and post‑campaign analysis.
• Align global and regional communication strategies with local market needs, ensuring relevant content for consumer audiences.
• Steer local agency and talent partners to deliver cost‑efficient, brand‑aligned influencer campaigns.
• Collaborate with PR, events, owned social, brand management, sales and other functions to maximise ROI.
• Lead briefings, negotiations, contracting, content approvals, usage rights and community management with creators and top‑tier talent.

Required profile

• Proven experience in influencer and creator marketing, preferably within a full‑funnel context.
• Demonstrated track record of delivering impactful creator campaigns.
• Strong network of creators and influencers in the DACH region.
• Ability to translate performance data into actionable insights.
