Influencer Marketing Manager – French Market

About the role

We are looking for an Influencer Marketing Manager to own and grow our creator ecosystem in France. You will shape influencer marketing into a profitable, scalable growth channel for Pomélo+Co, working closely with performance, CRM and brand teams.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute end‑to‑end influencer marketing strategy for the French market.
• Build and maintain a network of nano‑to‑macro creators on TikTok and Instagram.
• Design campaign strategies focused on profitability and manage budget negotiations with creators and agencies.
• Scale top‑performing content using Spark Ads in collaboration with the performance team.
• Launch and manage an affiliate program.
• Own KPIs such as ROAS, CAC, AOV, CPM and CM3, and produce performance reports with actionable recommendations.
• Continuously monitor French market trends to identify emerging creators and opportunities.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of influencer marketing experience, preferably in a beauty or lifestyle D2C company.
• Native‑level French and business‑fluent English.
• Existing network of French beauty creators and/or agencies.
• Ability to manage 100+ creators per month efficiently.
• Experience with KPI‑driven influencer campaigns.
