Influencer Marketing Manager

About the role

Almedia is building the future of marketing by rewarding a community of over 70 million users for engaging with advertisers. As an Influencer Marketing Manager you will own the full creator partnership cycle, from sourcing the right creators to closing deals and driving performance, while working in a fast‑paced, high‑ownership environment.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and approach high‑potential creators on Instagram and YouTube.
• Negotiate pricing, deliverables and contracts directly with creators, agencies or MCNs.
• Brief creators, manage campaigns end‑to‑end and ensure content is delivered on time and on brand.
• Track and analyse campaign KPIs such as CPM, CPI and ROAS, iterating quickly.
• Maintain and scale a structured creator database.
• Collaborate closely with Performance Marketing and Creative teams to align strategy.

Required profile

• 1–4 years of experience in influencer marketing, creator management or a similar role.
• Deep knowledge of Instagram and YouTube formats, trends and conversion drivers.
• Proven track record negotiating with creators or agencies.
• Data‑driven mindset with the ability to use metrics for decision‑making.
• Strong communication skills in German and English.
• High ownership mentality and ability to work autonomously.

• Modash (or similar creator‑search tool).
• Grin (or similar influencer‑management platform).
