Information Security Specialist

About the role

As an Information Security Specialist you will lead the design, implementation and maintenance of security policies that protect company assets. You will work closely with IT, legal and compliance teams to ensure the organization stays resilient against cyber threats while meeting global regulatory requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and enforce security governance frameworks and company‑wide policies.
• Conduct risk assessments and ensure compliance with GDPR, ISO 27001, SOC 2 and other standards.
• Design and manage Identity and Access Management (IAM) protocols.
• Coordinate internal and external audits and support penetration‑testing initiatives.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to mitigate risks and improve data protection.

Required profile

• 4–6 years of experience in information security and compliance.
• Proven ability to develop policies, lead audits and work with both technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
• Strong understanding of regulatory requirements such as GDPR, ISO 27001 and SOC 2.
