Instructional Designer – AI & Cloud Learning

About the role

We are looking for an Instructional Designer to create engaging learning experiences focused on AI and cloud technologies for a global audience. You will work in an innovative, international environment, collaborating with subject‑matter experts and production teams to turn complex technical concepts into accessible digital courses.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop and continuously improve online courses that simplify AI, cloud and data‑science topics.
• Partner with product managers, technical experts and creative teams to define learning objectives and structure content into clear modules.
• Transform technical documentation into learner‑friendly materials, including videos, interactive exercises and assessments.
• Collaborate with production teams to create visual and multimedia assets that enhance engagement.
• Evaluate existing courses for cognitive load, difficulty and alignment with goals, and apply improvements based on feedback.
• Adapt learning pathways for different audiences such as onboarding, professional training and certification programs.
• Maintain course documentation, backlogs and development processes.
• Leverage modern instructional design methods and AI‑powered tools to increase efficiency and quality.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience as an Instructional Designer or in a comparable learning‑design role.
• Strong grasp of digital learning methodologies and ability to explain complex technical subjects clearly.
• Passion for education, technology and creating high‑quality digital learning experiences.
• Proven track record of developing content for technical domains such as software engineering, data science or cloud computing.
