Instructor – Safety Training (Bremen)

About the role

FMTC Safety is launching a brand‑new training centre in Bremen and seeks a passionate Instructor to design and deliver high‑quality safety courses. You will be part of the founding team, shaping the learning environment and ensuring participants are prepared for real‑world offshore, maritime and industrial challenges.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver courses based on international standards such as GWO, OPITO, STCW, First Aid, firefighting and rescue.
• Prepare, improve and lead hands‑on training sessions and exercises.
• Create a safe, engaging and interactive learning atmosphere.
• Contribute to the set‑up and continuous improvement of the new training centre.

Required profile

• Proven experience as an instructor in safety‑related fields.
• Fluent in English and German.
• Proactive, flexible and hands‑on attitude.
• Strong passion for safety, training and working with people.

Required skills

• GWO certification (or willingness to obtain).
• OPITO certification (or willingness to obtain).
• STCW certification (or willingness to obtain).
• First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain).
