Integrated B2B Marketing Manager (Maternity Cover)

About the role

Wolt is seeking an Integrated B2B Marketing Manager to lead the execution and orchestration of global communications and media plans for Wolt Ads & Promotions. This 12‑month maternity cover position will be responsible for turning strategy into high‑quality, on‑time campaigns that drive measurable growth.

Key responsibilities

• Own end‑to‑end execution of integrated marketing campaigns across Paid, Owned, and Earned channels.
• Translate strategy into clear, actionable plans and deliver campaigns with high attention to detail.
• Collaborate closely with Product Marketing, Paid, CRM, Content, Brand, and PR teams to ensure seamless execution.
• Manage multiple projects across markets, align stakeholders, and remove obstacles.
• Track performance against OKRs, analyse insights, and continuously improve campaigns.
• Provide sales and local teams with the tools, messaging, and support needed for success.

Required profile

• Proven experience in end‑to‑end integrated marketing campaign execution.
• Strong ability to coordinate across Paid, Owned, and Earned media channels.
• Excellent stakeholder management and project‑management skills.
• Data‑driven mindset with experience tracking performance against business objectives.
• Ability to work autonomously and deliver results within tight timelines.
