Intermediate Full-Stack Engineer (Remote‑first)

About the role

We are seeking an Intermediate Full‑Stack Engineer to help shape the future of our product in a remote‑first environment. You will join a cross‑functional team spread across Germany, collaborating closely with peers to deliver new features and technical improvements.

Key responsibilities

• Navigate a complex codebase and extend it to implement new features or fix bugs.
• Collaborate with team members, clearly describing problems and solutions.
• Adopt a proactive "don’t ask for permission, ask for forgiveness" mindset.
• Receive mentorship from senior engineers.

Required profile

• At least 2 years of professional development experience.
• DevOps mindset – you build it and you run it.
• Strong proficiency in English.
• Ability to work independently in a remote‑first setting.

• Vue or React (Vue preferred)
• Automated testing or Test‑Driven Development (plus)
