International Management Trainee Program – Germany

About the role

The International Management Trainee Program at Kraft Heinz in Düsseldorf is a 12‑month, full‑time development journey for high‑potential graduates. Starting 1 September 2026, trainees are hired on a permanent contract and rotate through key business functions to build a solid foundation for a future leadership career.

Key responsibilities

• Complete a functional onboarding that provides hands‑on exposure to Sales, Marketing, Finance, Supply Chain, and People & Performance.
• Undertake a field‑sales placement to understand products, consumers, and market dynamics.
• Lead an individual business project, applying problem‑solving and analytical skills to deliver measurable results.
• Participate in an agile business placement in a different function to broaden perspective.
• Collaborate with senior managers and receive mentorship throughout each rotation.

Required profile

• Valid permanent working rights in Germany (orientation year visa or sponsorship not accepted).
• Recent graduate or early‑career professional with strong ambition and a performance‑driven mindset.
• Excellent communication skills in English; German is a plus.
• Demonstrated ability to work in fast‑paced, merit‑based environments.
