International Marketing Manager

About the role

The International Marketing Manager will support e.l.f. Cosmetics & e.l.f. SKIN 360 EMEA marketing plans, shaping brand storytelling across paid, owned and earned channels for EU markets. The role focuses on delivering consistent, compelling narratives that align with business priorities and product innovations.

Key responsibilities

• Set the vision and strategy for the 360° go‑to‑market calendar, defining primary, secondary and seasonal stories.
• Lead marketing channel teams in end‑to‑end 360° execution, ensuring robust briefs and aligned content across all owners.
• Collaborate with Creative, Digital, IMC, Operations and Sales to bring brand strategy from concept to launch.
• Champion a 360° integrated standard that provides a seamless consumer experience and consistent branding.
• Build and deliver presentations that communicate campaign plans and performance.

Required profile

• Proven ability to lead cross‑functional marketing teams.
• Strong understanding of EU consumer and retail dynamics.
• Experience managing integrated 360° marketing campaigns.
• Excellent communication and storytelling skills.
