Internationally Qualified Nurse – Support & Recognition in Augsburg

About the role

We are looking for nurses who have obtained their professional qualification abroad and wish to work in Germany. At Augsburg University Hospital you will join a supportive team that assists you throughout the entire recognition process, whether you are already in Germany or applying from overseas.

Key responsibilities

• Assess and determine nursing needs and provide patient care on the ward.
• Participate in nursing rounds and support colleagues.
• Document nursing processes and manage material supply.
• Contribute to the development of nursing procedures and ward protocols.

Required profile

• Completed nursing education obtained abroad.
• Recognition notice from the Bavarian State Office for Nursing.
• German language proficiency at minimum level B1, with willingness to improve.
• Motivation to complete the recognition process promptly.
• Strong sense of responsibility, professionalism and good interpersonal skills.

Required skills

• German language (minimum B1).
