Internship in Requirements Management

About the role

You will join Bosch eBike Systems as a Requirements Management intern, supporting the creation, maintenance and traceability of product requirements throughout the development lifecycle. This role offers hands‑on experience with modern engineering tools and close collaboration with cross‑functional development teams.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in developing, documenting and maintaining clear, complete, and traceable requirements.
• Help ensure high documentation standards and avoid duplicate entries.
• Contribute to documentation concepts, work instructions and engineering processes.
• Gain practical experience with tools such as JAMA, Jira and Confluence.
• Support development projects from a requirements‑engineering perspective and collaborate with experts across all development areas.

Required profile

• Enrolled in a university program in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electronics or a comparable technical discipline.
• Initial exposure to system engineering or requirements‑management tools (e.g., JAMA) is desirable.
• Structured, proactive and able to work independently while enjoying teamwork.
• Very good English and good German language skills.
• On‑site presence in Reutlingen is required.
