IT Administrator

About the role

Cosuno is looking for its first dedicated IT Administrator to become the go‑to person for all IT matters for a 100‑person team. You will own the entire IT support function, from device provisioning to SaaS account management, ensuring a smooth and reliable work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Device management: set up, maintain, repair and replace Mac and Windows laptops; manage the fleet via JumpCloud MDM, keep hardware inventory accurate and oversee the lifecycle from purchase to secure disposal.
• Onboarding & offboarding: run joiner/mover/leaver processes, provisioning accounts, hardware and access rights, and continuously automate these workflows.
• Accounts & SaaS administration: administer user accounts, groups and SSO across Google Workspace, Slack, Notion and other SaaS tools; handle access requests and support periodic access reviews with the Security team.
• IT support: act as the first point of contact for hardware, software, connectivity and account issues, both onsite and remotely; document solutions for reuse and support office equipment such as meeting rooms, printers, Wi‑Fi and event tech.

Required profile

• Fluent in German and English.
• Hands‑on experience in IT support or administration, preferably in a Mac‑centric, SaaS‑heavy environment.
• Experience with an MDM or identity provider (e.g., JumpCloud, Jamf, Okta, Google Workspace) or the ability to learn quickly.
• Service‑oriented mindset with strong communication and patience.
• Structured work style: track tickets, document actions and follow through.
• Comfort with light scripting or automation (shell, Python or low‑code tools).
