IT Operation Specialist – Quality Solutions

About the role

Airbus is seeking an IT Operation Specialist to support Quality & Business Process IT. You will deliver and operate cutting‑edge digital solutions for business management standards, audits and surveillance, ensuring high availability, reliability and efficiency of IT assets while consulting on changes and service entries.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain infrastructure operational conditions in line with OLAs/SLAs, monitor system performance and manage console messages.
• Execute ITIL‑based support processes including incident, problem, change, configuration and event management.
• Provision new software packages, apply system updates and manage product obsolescence.
• Supervise system backups, lead disaster‑recovery tests and implement improvements for reliability.
• Provide 24/7 operational support using automated scheduling and remote monitoring.
• Act as an operational consultant for solution changes, entry‑into‑service of new products and continuous service optimisation.

Required profile

• Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• Proven experience in IT operations, service delivery and end‑to‑end solution performance management.
• Experience with SAP is an advantage.
• Solid knowledge of ITIL processes.
