IT Operations Technician – Entry Level (Data Center / IDC)

About the role

TITANICOM is looking for motivated entry‑level IT Operations Technicians to join its international data‑center team. You will support 24×7 data‑center operations across Europe, gaining hands‑on experience with servers, networking equipment and infrastructure projects.

Key responsibilities

• Provide 24×7 IDC operation and maintenance support, responding to incidents and work orders.
• Execute routine inspections, identify risks and follow emergency procedures (EOP).
• Record incidents, generate preliminary reports and work through ticketing systems while adhering to SOPs and SLA requirements.
• Assist with installation, racking, deployment, maintenance and basic troubleshooting of servers, switches and cabling.
• Support site surveys, on‑site supervision, minor implementation tasks and project delivery.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure stable and efficient data‑center operations.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree preferred in Computer Science, IT, Network Engineering, Telecommunications or related fields.
• Strong sense of responsibility, ownership and self‑discipline.
• Excellent learning ability, willingness to develop technical skills and follow operational standards.
• Good communication, teamwork and ability to work independently.
• Fluent in local language plus English or Chinese.

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and standard office tools.
