IT Project Manager – Supply Chain Solutions

About the role

TESISQUARE® is seeking an IT Project Manager to join its delivery team in Chemnitz, Germany. You will lead the implementation of digital supply‑chain platforms, working with customers to configure, test, and roll out new software modules while ensuring a smooth go‑live experience.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse customer processes and implement new Tesisquare software modules.
• Conduct user training, perform testing, customize solutions and support go‑live activities.
• Maintain relationships with customer representatives, gather requirements for ongoing and future projects.
• Coordinate project execution, acting as Project Manager according to project size and complexity.
• Collaborate with delivery, support, and project‑management colleagues.
• Oversee administrative tasks related to each project.

Required profile

• Degree in Information Technology or Management Engineering with an IT focus.
• Understanding of supply‑chain and transportation processes.
• Approximately 3 years of experience managing IT projects using Agile and Waterfall methods.
• Experience in functional analysis, business requirements gathering, and drafting Business Blueprint and Scope of Work documents.
• Proven track record in quality assurance, solution validation and User Acceptance Testing.
• Foundational knowledge of relational databases and SQL querying.
• Willingness to travel at least 30 % of the time (Germany and abroad).
• Native German speaker and English proficiency of at least B2 level.
