IT Support Consultant – Stuttgart

About the role

Infosys is looking for a Senior Associate Consultant to provide end‑to‑end onsite IT support in Stuttgart. The role combines consulting expertise with hands‑on technical delivery, ensuring high service quality and SLA compliance for internal users and the site’s IT infrastructure.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver full‑cycle support for the IT Service Point, including ticket handling, user onboarding, and device refresh activities.
• Operate the IT Tech Bar, providing on‑site assistance and troubleshooting for workplace hardware.
• Manage incident resolution, asset tracking, and SLA adherence across the site.
• Act as backup to the Site Team Lead, supporting overall site operations and service‑management tasks.
• Participate in local project support and contribute to the configuration and deployment of IT solutions.

Required profile

• Proven experience in onsite IT support and service‑point operations.
• Strong understanding of incident management, asset management and SLA compliance.
• Ability to act as a backup for site leadership and support broader site operations.
• Excellent communication skills for interacting with end‑users and internal teams.
