IT Support Specialist

About the role

We are looking for an IT Support Specialist to be the first line of defence for our employees’ technology experience in our UK or German office. You will keep staff productive by quickly resolving hardware, software, identity and connectivity issues, managing device and account lifecycles, and ensuring meeting rooms and SaaS tools work flawlessly.

Key responsibilities

• Provide technical support via Slack, email and in‑person for macOS, Windows and iOS devices.
• Own and triage tickets in Jira Service Management, escalating complex cases to the IT Engineering team.
• Manage onboarding, off‑boarding, device enrolment, account provisioning and regular access reviews.
• Maintain video‑conferencing equipment, meeting rooms, printers and other office IT assets.
• Administer Microsoft 365 services (Entra ID, Exchange, SharePoint, Teams) and other SaaS tools.
• Create and update documentation, runbooks and self‑service knowledge bases.
• Identify recurring issues and collaborate with IT Engineering to develop automation and long‑term fixes.

Required profile

• 3+ years of experience in an IT support role, preferably with L2/L3 responsibilities.
• Hands‑on experience supporting macOS, Windows and iOS environments.
• Strong understanding of identity, endpoint and SaaS troubleshooting.
• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast‑moving environment.
• Proactive mindset with a passion for helping colleagues succeed.
