IT System Administrator (2nd Level) – Berlin

About the role

We are looking for a skilled IT System Administrator to join a fast‑growing technology company in Berlin. You will become a key member of the infrastructure team, responsible for operating and continuously improving a modern Microsoft‑based environment.

Key responsibilities

• Operate, administer and develop Microsoft Windows Server and Active Directory services.
• Manage virtualisation platforms such as VMware and Hyper‑V.
• Monitor and troubleshoot networking, security and firewall components.
• Support cloud services on Microsoft Azure, Microsoft 365 and AWS.
• Maintain storage and backup solutions.
• Participate in IT projects and incident resolution.

Required profile

• Hands‑on experience with Microsoft infrastructure.
• Fluent German language skills.
• Proactive, problem‑solving mindset.
