Junior Account Executive – AI SaaS Sales – Munich

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Junior Account Executive to join our fast‑growing AI‑focused SaaS startup in Munich. The position starts as a Sales Development Representative, giving you six months of intensive training before transitioning into a full‑cycle AE role.

Key responsibilities

• Generate and qualify inbound and outbound leads in the German market.
• Build a robust sales pipeline and manage the sales cycle for deals ranging from €100k to €500k ARR.
• Conduct product demos, negotiate contracts, and close deals within 1‑3 month sales cycles.
• Collaborate closely with founders and senior sales colleagues to refine messaging and strategy.
• Maintain accurate records in the CRM and provide regular pipeline updates.

Required profile

• Fluent in German and English.
• Resides in Munich or is willing to relocate.
• At least 1 year of experience as an SDR in B2B SaaS.
• Experience selling to traditional industries such as manufacturing, construction, or automotive.
• Holder of a bachelor’s degree.
