Junior Cabin Crew / Flight Attendant – Frankfurt Base

About the role

Marabu Airlines is expanding its leisure flight operation in Germany with a modern Airbus A320neo fleet. We are looking for motivated individuals to start their aviation career as Junior Cabin Crew members at our new Frankfurt base. No prior cabin‑crew experience or EASA attestation is required – full training will be provided.

Key responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with all onboard safety procedures and emergency protocols.
• Deliver friendly, attentive hospitality to create a welcoming atmosphere for passengers.
• Provide high‑quality service by anticipating passenger needs and supporting a smooth travel experience.
• Promote and support inflight sales offers in an engaging manner.
• Assist passengers from boarding through arrival, answering questions and addressing concerns.
• Collaborate effectively with fellow crew members and adapt quickly to changing situations.

Required profile

• Minimum age 18 years.
• Valid passport without limitations.
• Right to live and work in Germany and the EU.
• Minimum height 158 cm.
• Completed secondary education.
• Fluent in written and spoken German and English.
• Medical fitness, ability to swim unassisted and obtain an EASA health certificate.
• No criminal record.
• Ability to reach the Frankfurt airport within 60 minutes at any time.
