Junior Cloud Business Development Specialist – Graduate Program

About the role

Join Huawei's Cloud Group as a Junior Cloud Business Development Specialist within the Fresh Graduate Program. You will help drive the adoption of Huawei Cloud solutions by presenting, promoting, and selling to existing and prospective customers in Germany.

Key responsibilities

• Present, promote and sell Huawei Cloud products and services to customers and partners.
• Analyze market needs, develop and implement a strategic action plan for your region.
• Adapt sales techniques based on interactions and results to achieve targets.
• Collaborate closely with peers to maximise synergies and drive sales efforts.
• Establish and maintain positive business relationships to ensure high customer satisfaction.
• Evaluate processes, workflows and communication channels to meet schedule and performance goals.

Required profile

• Recent graduate with a Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Business, or Sales Engineering.
• Strong cloud expertise and a passion for sales.
• First work experience in a sales environment, preferably telecommunications.
• Willingness to work in a fast‑paced, multinational team and adapt to change.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills; proactive, target‑driven team player.
• Fluency in English and German (C1‑C2 level) is mandatory.
