Junior Commercial Manager – E‑Commerce Europe

About the role

PUMA is looking for a motivated Junior Commercial Manager to lead commercial operations for its direct‑to‑consumer e‑commerce platform across Europe. You will support revenue growth, profitability and the overall promotional strategy for PUMA.com.

Key responsibilities

• Own commercial operations and trading activities for PUMA.com’s DTC business.
• Drive revenue growth and improve profitability for the European channel.
• Support creation and oversight of the overall promotional strategy for PUMA.com EU.
• Lead cross‑functional initiatives and complex projects.
• Define, monitor and report on business KPIs, ensuring stable operational processes.
• Identify inefficiencies, propose synergies and implement process improvements.
• Coordinate activities across Commercial, Merchandising, Content and Marketing teams to deliver a unified customer experience.
• Assess new business opportunities, models or resource allocations and manage implementation of strategic initiatives.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
• At least 1 year of relevant experience in e‑commerce or the digital industry.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to gather data and produce meaningful reports.
• Commercial orientation and ability to prioritize tasks in a fast‑paced environment.
• Fluent English; German or another European language is a plus.
