Junior Consultant – Tech & Startup Advisory

About the role

Tekkr is looking for a high‑potential Junior Consultant to support fast‑scaling tech companies on product, technology and organisational challenges. You will work alongside senior consultants, engaging with CTOs, CPOs and founders to deliver structured analyses and executive‑ready materials.

Key responsibilities

• Assist senior consultants on client engagements, preparing slide decks, spreadsheets and impact dashboards.
• Conduct problem‑structuring, hypothesis generation and action‑plan development for complex tech challenges.
• Support the facilitation of diagnostic workshops, discovery interviews and cross‑team sessions.
• Gradually take ownership of defined workstreams such as challenge diagnostics and prioritisation frameworks.
• Contribute to internal initiatives, including the Tekkr app, user‑insight collection and consulting process improvement.

Required profile

• Recent graduate or early‑career professional with strong analytical mindset.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, capable of producing executive‑level deliverables.
• Interest in technology, startups and consulting environments.
• Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively in a fast‑paced setting.
