About the role

We are looking for a motivated Junior Corporate Communication Manager / Specialist to join our Frankfurt office. In this role you will support the day‑to‑day execution of corporate communication projects, help grow our social media presence and contribute to the creation of engaging content for both internal and external audiences.

Key responsibilities

  • Support operational day‑to‑day execution, coordination and management of corporate communication activities in a fast‑paced agency environment.
  • Manage, write, upload and optimise social media content across LinkedIn, Meta and YouTube while supporting strategic channel growth.
  • Monitor social media performance, analytics, platform trends and algorithm changes to inform optimisation measures.
  • Create engaging formats, visual collages, short‑form content and assist with video editing using tools such as Canva or CapCut.
  • Update and upload website content (preferably via WordPress), including SEO optimisation.
  • Draft press releases, newsletters, communication materials and other corporate texts.
  • Distribute internal and external newsletters using CRM and newsletter tools.
  • Utilise digital communication and AI‑supported tools like ChatGPT for content creation and research.
  • Assist in the preparation and coordination of international communication and tourism‑related projects.
  • Coordinate multiple projects, topics and deadlines simultaneously while providing operational, administrative and organisational support.

Required profile

  • First practical experience in corporate communication, PR, social media, marketing, journalism or a related field.
  • Professional experience managing company social media channels and working with current platform algorithms, trends and analytics.
  • Strong understanding of digital storytelling, social media communication and strategic company positioning.
  • Familiarity with SEO, WordPress and website content management is a plus.
  • Very good Microsoft Office skills.
  • Confidence using Canva, Microsoft Teams and other digital collaboration tools.
  • Experience with CRM and newsletter tools such as Mailchimp or MyConvento is advantageous; experience with press distribution or media database tools such as Zimpel is a plus.
  • Excellent writing, organisational and communication abilities combined with a creative, hands‑on mindset.
