Junior Corporate Communications Manager

About the role

Join a leading European fashion retailer as a Junior Corporate Communications Manager. You will support the creation and delivery of communication initiatives that enhance the company's reputation, ensure consistent internal messaging, and engage key stakeholders across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in drafting and distributing press releases, statements, and media materials.
• Handle media inquiries and monitor coverage, providing regular evaluations.
• Support internal communication projects for headquarters and regional markets, including content creation for Town Halls, leadership updates, and internal newsletters.
• Coordinate communication logistics, timelines, and distribution lists to ensure timely delivery.
• Maintain crisis‑preparedness tools, templates, and protocols.
• Gather and summarize political, regulatory, or industry developments relevant to the communications team.
• Produce communication assets such as presentations, Q&As, briefing notes, and internal announcements.
• Support digital communication tasks, including website updates and corporate social‑media activities under guidance.

Required profile

• University degree in communications, public relations, political science, business administration or a related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in communications, public affairs, marketing or related areas (internships accepted).
• Strong interest in corporate communications, media relations, and stakeholder engagement.
• Excellent writing, editing and storytelling abilities.
• Very good command of English.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite.
