About the role
We are looking for a Junior Customer Care Specialist to join Readly’s Customer Care team. You will be the first point of contact for our users, handling inquiries across email, phone and social media while ensuring a high‑quality experience.
Key responsibilities
- Respond to customer requests via email, phone and social media in English and German.
- Maintain follow‑up according to defined KPIs and service standards.
- Identify and report friction points, bugs or process gaps to internal teams.
- Suggest and help implement improvements to tools and workflows.
Required profile
- Fluent reading, writing and speaking in English and German.
- Excellent verbal and written communication with flawless spelling.
- Patient, empathetic, detail‑oriented and able to work independently.
- Quick learner with strong analytical and summarising abilities.
- Team‑player with a proactive, humble mindset.
