Junior Digital Graphic Designer

About the role

Proglow, a fast‑growing B2C beauty brand specializing in nail products, is looking for a Junior Digital Graphic Designer to join its creative team. You will help shape visual content for digital channels and contribute to inspiring brand experiences for customers across Europe.

Key responsibilities

• Develop engaging visual assets for social media, website, email campaigns and other digital touchpoints.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to translate brand guidelines into compelling graphics.
• Support the creation of brand‑centric visual concepts and layouts.
• Experiment with AI‑powered design workflows to generate innovative solutions.
• Maintain consistency in typography, layout and current design trends.

Required profile

• Degree or professional training in Graphic Design, Communication Design, Media Design or a related field.
• Strong eye for typography, layout and contemporary design trends.
• Structured, independent and detail‑oriented work style with high quality standards.
• Good German language skills.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Adobe Photoshop.
• Proficiency with Adobe Illustrator.
• Strong knowledge of Figma.
• Experience using AI‑assisted design tools.
