Junior Franchise Development Coordinator

About the role

We are seeking a Junior Franchise Development Coordinator to support the growth of our franchise network across Germany and other European markets. The role combines franchise recruitment, territory planning and project coordination, working closely with internal teams to ensure successful launches.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and research high-potential territories and locations for new franchise opportunities.
• Support the full recruitment cycle of new franchise partners, from outreach to selection.
• Deliver presentations, information sessions and orientation meetings for prospective franchisees.
• Guide candidates through the pre-opening process, providing advice and ongoing support.
• Collaborate with regional teams to ensure smooth opening of new franchise locations.
• Analyse market data, contribute to territory planning and business modelling.
• Organise training sessions, workshops and franchise events.
• Maintain accurate records, monitor performance and produce regular reports.
• Travel regularly within the assigned region for site visits and market research.

Required profile

• Fluency in German and English, both written and spoken.
• Previous experience in franchise development, business development or multi-site operations.
• Strong presentation, communication and influencing abilities.
• Excellent organisational and planning skills.
• Confidence in analysing data and identifying commercial opportunities.
• Proactive, solution-focused attitude and ability to work independently while collaborating with wider teams.

Required skills

• GIS or other mapping software.
