Junior Full Stack Developer (Shopify Plus)

About the role

We are looking for a Junior Full Stack Developer to help build, improve, and scale the digital foundation of our health‑snack brand. You will work closely with E‑Commerce, CRO, Marketing, and IT teams to turn ideas into fast, reliable, customer‑facing solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and optimise our Shopify Plus storefront using Liquid, JavaScript/TypeScript, and modern theme architecture.
• Leverage AI coding tools daily to accelerate development and create internal automation.
• Design, implement, and analyse A/B tests and conversion‑rate optimisation experiments.
• Build and maintain custom Shopify apps, Functions, APIs, and tracking integrations.
• Improve Core Web Vitals, code quality, accessibility, and overall frontend performance.
• Collaborate cross‑functionally to translate business needs into technical solutions.

Required profile

• 1‑3+ years of experience building web or e‑commerce applications, preferably with Shopify Plus.
• Strong foundation in JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML, and CSS.
• Comfortable using AI tools in the development workflow and validating their output.
• Ownership mentality – able to work independently and ship features.
• Pragmatic problem‑solver who knows when to dive deep and when a simple solution suffices.
• Clear communicator in English, able to work with both technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
