Junior Full-Stack Engineer (AI Code Evaluation)

About the role

This junior position sits at the intersection of full‑stack development and artificial intelligence. Based in Germany, you will help evaluate and improve AI‑generated code, ensuring that the output is reliable, well‑structured, and ready for production.

Key responsibilities

• Clone, run, and debug AI‑generated front‑end and back‑end applications to verify functionality.
• Assess code quality, readability, and compliance with engineering standards.
• Identify UI, layout, and logic inconsistencies in AI‑produced outputs and document findings.
• Collaborate with AI engineers to refine evaluation frameworks and quality benchmarks.
• Contribute to reusable front‑end components and internal tooling.
• Implement small features, UI tweaks, and iterative improvements.
• Provide structured feedback to enhance AI code‑generation models.
