Junior Graphic Designer (All Genders)

About the role

We are seeking a proactive Junior Graphic Designer to join our creative team. In this position you will help shape our brand’s visual identity across digital and print media, creating assets that capture attention and convey our values.

Key responsibilities

• Create, edit, and manage visual assets such as icons, social media banners, newsletters, and infographics.
• Design and produce printed materials for doctors and therapists.
• Collaborate with internal departments to develop and execute creative concepts for various media platforms.
• Conduct pre‑ and post‑production quality checks and ensure timely delivery of design deliverables.
• Support teammates in the creative process and provide guidance on art direction.
• Stay up‑to‑date with industry trends and propose innovative design solutions.

Required profile

• 1–2 years of experience in graphic design, preferably within e‑commerce.
• Strong portfolio showcasing relevant work.
• Team‑player with excellent organisational and time‑management abilities.
• Fluent in English; German is a plus.
• Detail‑oriented with a problem‑solving mindset.
