Junior Influencer Marketing Manager – France

About the role

We are looking for a Junior Influencer Marketing Manager to drive our growth in the French market. Based in Germany with the possibility to work remotely, you will leverage your knowledge of the French influencer landscape and existing creator network to launch data‑driven campaigns that boost brand awareness and sales.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and scale a portfolio of 80+ monthly collaborations with nano, micro and mega influencers in France.
• Act as the primary brand liaison for French creators, expanding and nurturing relationships.
• Design and test creative concepts, video hooks, and story formats to identify high‑performing content.
• Analyze funnel KPIs (CTR, CPM, conversion rate, ROAS) to understand performance and optimise campaigns.
• Write detailed creative briefs and develop product bundles that maximise conversion.
• Collaborate with the Paid Media team to repurpose creator content for paid ads on Meta and TikTok.
• Oversee a five‑figure monthly collaboration budget, negotiate contracts and ensure cost‑efficient ROI.

Required profile

• 1–2 years of professional experience or relevant internships in influencer marketing within France.
• Established network of French creators and agencies.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
• Passion for sustainability and a proactive, team‑oriented attitude.

Required skills

• Experience managing influencer collaborations and budgets.
• Ability to analyse performance metrics across the marketing funnel.
• Proficiency in creating briefings and product bundles.
