Junior Integration Manager – Digital Products

About the role

We are seeking a Junior Integration Manager to lead the rollout of digital products across multiple markets and partners for GLS/NXT. The role sits at the crossroads of product, technology and operations, ensuring smooth technical integrations and strong stakeholder alignment.

Key responsibilities

• Drive international integration projects end‑to‑end, coordinating between GLS/NXT and internal or external stakeholders.
• Support customers beyond integration by analysing user behaviour, gathering feedback and helping them realise product value.
• Translate technical requirements into clear deliverables and timelines for tech teams.
• Identify gaps in current integration processes and implement improvements through documentation, tooling and automation.
• Build and maintain empathetic relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Report on integration progress, outcomes, successes and learnings to teams and leadership.

Required profile

• At least 2 years of experience in integration, implementation, technical project management or B2B customer success.
• Strong organisational and multitasking abilities with a structured problem‑solving approach.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, able to collaborate across teams and cultures.
• Business‑level proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
• Willingness to travel within the EU (approximately 10%).
• Legal permission to work in Germany.
