Junior Key Account Manager – E‑commerce & Logistics

About the role

We are looking for a Junior Key Account Manager to join our Key Account Management team in Berlin. You will work with e‑commerce clients, helping them optimise cross‑border parcel delivery through our technology platform.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of e‑commerce accounts with a sales‑driven approach and growing strategic responsibility.
• Support profit and loss management and ensure SLA adherence.
• Monitor KPI variances, evaluate customer satisfaction and produce internal reports.
• Identify cross‑selling and upselling opportunities and drive proposals through to contract signing.
• Build sustainable, trust‑based relationships to achieve high customer satisfaction.

Required profile

• Strong interest in logistics, supply chain management and e‑commerce.
• Academic degree or equivalent, preferably in business, logistics or transportation.
• First experience in account management, customer success, sales or a similar commercial role (e‑commerce or logistics is a plus).
• Strong affinity for numbers and data with the ability to analyse relationships and present findings clearly.
• Proficient in German and English (C1 level or above) with excellent communication skills.
