Junior Managers Program – 12‑24 Month Trainee Rotation

About the role

Bosch is looking for outstanding master’s graduates to join a 12‑ to 24‑month Junior Managers Program. The programme combines commercial and technical rotations in Germany and abroad, giving you the chance to shape future technologies while developing leadership skills.

Key responsibilities

• Rotate through multiple commercial and technical departments, both in Germany and internationally.
• Act as a strategic sparring partner for business units, challenging existing processes and driving change.
• Develop and implement innovative solutions to complex problems across up to six individual rotations.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, contributing ideas and taking responsibility for project outcomes.
• Support Bosch’s transformation agenda while building a foundation for future leadership roles.

Required profile

• Outstanding Master’s degree (or equivalent) with a strong academic record.
• Passion for technical details and a creative approach to problem‑solving.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to think strategically and see the bigger picture.
• Leadership orientation focused on personal development and inspiring others.
• Initial practical experience such as internships, preferably with international exposure.
