Junior Managers Program – HR Tech, Digitalization & GenAI Trainee

About the role

Join Bosch's Junior Managers Program and help shape the future of Human Resources. Over a 12‑to‑24‑month intensive journey you will rotate across HR departments in Germany and worldwide, focusing on HR technology, strategic projects and Generative AI applications.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement HR‑tech solutions that integrate Generative AI, chatbots and automated analytics.
• Lead cross‑functional projects that improve candidate and employee experiences.
• Collaborate with IT specialists, international HR teams and a personal mentor to drive digital transformation.
• Analyze HR data to identify process optimisation opportunities.

Required profile

• Master’s degree (full‑time) in Business Administration, Informatics, Data Science, HR Management or related field.
• Strong interest in HR innovation, digitalisation and AI technologies.
• Human‑centred mindset with the ability to inspire and build interdisciplinary relationships.
• Excellent communication and analytical skills.
