About the role

Join Bosch’s Junior Managers Program and embark on a 12‑ to 24‑month leadership journey focused on Business Intelligence and Analytics. You will rotate through commercial and IT‑related departments in Germany and abroad, gaining a deep understanding of data‑driven decision making.

Key responsibilities

• Rotate across multiple business units to learn commercial and IT processes.
• Analyze complex business challenges and identify optimisation potentials.
• Develop data‑based digital solutions for market analysis, forecasting and strategic decisions.
• Collaborate with specialist teams to implement machine‑learning and analytics projects.

Required profile

• Outstanding full‑time Master’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Mathematics, Statistics, (Business) Informatics or a related field.
• Strong passion for data analytics and the ability to translate large data sets into actionable recommendations.
• Big‑picture mindset linking analytical results to business goals.
• Human‑centric leadership attitude with empathy and enthusiasm for change.
• Growth mindset and quick learning of new technologies and methodologies.
• Excellent communication skills in English.
