Junior Managers Program – Leadership Journey in Controlling

About the role

Join Bosch’s Junior Managers Program and start a leadership career in controlling. Over 12 to 24 months you will rotate through key finance and controlling functions in Germany and abroad, gaining hands‑on experience in performance analysis, financial planning and strategic projects such as M&A.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse business models and translate corporate goals into measurable KPIs.
• Support financial planning, reporting and performance analysis for business units.
• Participate in strategic projects, including M&A due‑diligence and integration.
• Work with modern controlling tools, BI systems and agile methodologies.
• Lead small project teams and contribute to commercial steering initiatives.

Required profile

• Master’s degree (full‑time) in Business Administration, Economics, Industrial Engineering or a related field.
• Strong analytical mindset with a focus on controlling, finance or corporate finance.
• Interest in digital transformation and willingness to learn new finance technologies.
• Excellent communication skills and a human‑centric leadership attitude.
