Junior Managers Program – Leadership Journey in IT

About the role

Join Bosch's Junior Managers Program and embark on a 12‑to‑24‑month rotational journey across key areas of the company's digital organization. You will gain deep insight into Bosch's global IT strategy, digital business models, and cutting‑edge technologies while preparing for a future leadership position in information technology.

Key responsibilities

• Rotate through digital functions in Germany and abroad, covering cloud transformation, enterprise application migration, and platform development.
• Lead high‑impact projects that design web services, microservice architectures, and data pipelines.
• Collaborate with senior executives and an executive‑level mentor to align technical initiatives with business goals.
• Contribute to the creation of cloud roadmaps and evaluate innovative cloud services for internal and external customers.

Required profile

• Master's degree (full‑time) in (Business) Informatics, Technical Business Administration, Industrial Engineering or a related field.
• Strong interest in digital transformation, cloud technologies, IoT, Big Data, AI or data analytics.
• Curiosity, quick learning ability and a strategic mindset.
• Initial experience with digitalisation projects is a plus.
